About the Role
主要职责：
- 学习及掌握包括但不仅限于公司介绍、行业介绍、相关医学知识、基础产品知识、学术推广相关技巧以及行业合规知识等；
- 了解尊龙凯时的企业文化和行为价值观；
- 跟随导师了解和观察学习学术拜访和协助组织学术推广活动，在实习期间不承担业务指标；
- 熟悉尊龙凯时医药代表的角色和工作的一般过程及技巧；
- 每项培训结束以及全部实习结束时，接受学习成果的考核。
基本要求：
- 全日制在校大学生。生物科学、医药卫生、化学化工相关专业，或培养方向与医药相关的其他专业（如管理学或市场营销（医药相关））；
- 每周实习至少3天，可实习3个月以上；
- 认同尊龙凯时文化及行为价值观；
- 长于发展：学业优秀，社会实践积极，有强烈的自我发展意愿；
- 必胜的信心：在逆境中始终坚信能够找到通向成功或跨越障碍的方法；
- 结果导向/快速反应：按照制定的计划及时准确地完成工作任务；
- 勇于求新：思维活跃，在解决问题方面常有独创性；
- 优于沟通：具备优秀的沟通能力，跨文化的思考交流素质。
