The role will support environmental compliance by seamlessly collaborating—internally and externally—with operations to deliver sustainable long-term growth through innovative and green solutions. The role also seeks to make a positive impact on patients and society as a whole. Support the execution of processes and procedures that ensure environmental performance across all internal manufacturing sites, R&D locations, and offices. Major accountabilities: Support environmental compliance activities for internal manufacturing sites, R&D locations, and offices. Assist in delivering projects aligned with business objectives and priorities. Manage the implementation of assigned projects, training initiatives, or reporting activities. Support the rollout and execution of training programs. Assist in implementing communication strategies. Help organize associate engagement projects and campaigns by working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Follow and manage business processes and departmental plans. Provide support for monthly KPI reporting, sharing best practices, and delivering training and competency programs. Ensure systems are in place to demonstrate and verify compliance with HSE, environmental compliance, and sustainability requirements Minimum Requirements: What we expect: University degree in engineering, technology, or science, with 2-3 years of work experience preferred. Prior work experience in data analytics, performance report preparation, and interacting with cross-functional stakeholders preferred. Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects, preferred. Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. High learning agility with the ability to adapt in the short term. Strong desire to learn and develop professionally. Dynamic, curious, self-motivated, and a strong team player. Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as proactivity and self-starter mentality. A genuine passion for working in the pharmaceutical sector. Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment. Fluency (speaking and writing) in English is required. Working knowledge of additional languages, such as Spanish, Italian, or German, is desirable.
